How this list is built
Anonymity is classified by sending a request through the proxy to an endpoint we control and inspecting what arrived: an entry is elite only when the origin address differs from the checker and no Via, Forwarded or X-Forwarded-For header was added. This describes one moment in time and is never a privacy guarantee.
